Throughout his career, Mark has managed some of the most challenging projects in America, including the Idaho State Capitol renovation, Federal Government data centers post-9/11, major semiconductor plants, football stadiums, basketball arenas, and large healthcare facilities.
Known for turning around failing projects, Mark has repeatedly stepped into struggling situations, rallied teams, and delivered on-time completions. His leadership philosophy centers on planning, emphasizing that operations planning must begin in the pre-construction phase.
Today, Mark provides the direct, relevant coaching and training the construction industry needs.
