I grew up in warehouses - my family has been in flooring in San Francisco since the 1960s. I never had any intention on going into the business, yet, after graduating into the recession I had little choice. I worked alongside my Father for 15 years as his partner and grew the business 40% in one year. I left the business to work as a Fractional COO, I didn't understand how to scale alongside someone who was determined not to grow. I got involved in real estate and buying businesses, and came back to purchase him out. Moving forward we're on a path to scale and bolt on - further cementing our market presence in San Francisco after 45 years.
