Cameron Matteucci is the owner of Redtail Renovations, a Boise-area remodeling company specializing in kitchen renovations. With a background in heavy civil construction and a decade of residential remodeling experience, Cameron’s path to business ownership didn’t start with a polished business plan.
What began as a handyman and general remodeling business gradually evolved as he learned to estimate more accurately, build better systems, work with subcontractors, and become more intentional about the projects and clients he wanted to serve. Over time, Redtail Renovations transitioned from taking on a little bit of everything to operating as a focused kitchen remodeling company built around planning, organization, communication, and a turnkey client experience.
Today, Cameron is continuing to grow Redtail Renovations while making the transition from being the person doing the work to becoming the person building and leading the business.
